POSITION AT A GLANCE
Location: Pennsville, NJ
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM

Pay: $34.00 – $46.00 per hour - Based on experience
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As an experienced Lead Technician, you’ll diagnose and repair most vehicle components independently, ensuring all work meets factory and dealership standards. You will:
➤ Perform unsupervised diagnostics and repairs on most vehicle components with efficiency and accuracy
➤ Conduct major component repairs and overhauls, including electrical and air conditioning systems
➤ Communicate with service advisors and parts department regarding required parts and additional work
➤ Document all repairs, recommended work, and warranty information accurately
➤ Assist other technicians and Shop Foreman with repair order dispatch and workload management
➤ Participate in OEM/vendor training programs and stay updated on technical bulletins
➤ Maintain clean, safe, and organized work environment while adhering to health and safety policies
➤ Road test vehicles and ensure quality control standards are consistently met
WHAT YOU BRING
◆ Education & Experience: 5 years related experience required. Must have engine and driveline troubleshooting experience, electrical and A/C repair experience, and component overhaul or specialty experience. Vocational/technical school graduate preferred.
◆ Certificates & Licenses: Valid Driver’s License required; must meet company insurability standards. Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class B or above, or ability to obtain within the first six months; must meet company insurability standards. State Vehicle Inspector Certification (Class 7) required
◆ Physical Requirements: Regular standing and use of hands; frequent walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling; regularly lift/move up to 50 lbs, frequently over 100 lbs, occasionally more than 100 lbs. Vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
