- Able to read and understand site safety, site specific safety and logistic plans
- Understand permitting and violation process
- Understands contracts both specialty partner contracts and HRCG/owner contract language
- Understand how the GCM/QIP and PRRT can be use as a tool
- Manages and takes responsibility for phase of work
- Manage and train direct reports
- Works with the team and superintendents to promote / support IIF Culture
- Participate or run IIF committee Meetings
- Review assigned trade specific insurance enrollments
- Able to identify and complete consistent and quality DBO2's
- Conduct quality project level meetings with internal and external stakeholders with minimal assistance from superiors
- Partner with superintendents to buyout logistics correctly
- Oversee OQ/QC for assigned trades
- Manage the purchasing process up to and including leveling sheets, meeting with specialty partners and drafting Exhibit A's
- Manage submittal schedule process up to and including complete constructability review and turn into RFIs
- Provide input and assist with monthly report updates as necessary
- Able to read and navigate project schedule completed by others
- Identify potential schedule issues and escalate to appropriate party
- Draft schedules related to their scope for integration into full project schedule
- Responsible for managing, reviewing, and communicating change orders with internal and external parties
- Responsible for closeout of a specialty partner from start to finish including paperwork and financials
