Find, screen, and help hire great people fast. Keep the process clean in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and give candidates and hiring managers a smooth experience.
You handle the full recruiting process for your open roles. You source, screen, and help close offers. You keep records accurate in the ATS and share clear updates each week.
- 3-5 years recruiting in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), agency, or in‑house
- Strong interviewing and communication skills; organized and reliable
- Comfort using ATS and recruiting Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and simple reports
