Shift: 7:00pm – 7:30am, 36 hours/week
Pay: $49/hr Local | $56/hr Travel
The Critical Care RN role is a night shift opportunity within a 32-bed ICU/Stepdown mix. Nurses in this unit provide specialized care for patients with a wide variety of conditions, including respiratory insufficiency and failure, endocrine disorders, electrolyte imbalances, stroke, cardiac arrest, sepsis, COVID, TB, renal disorders, and more. Ratios are maintained at 1:1–3 in ICU and 1:4–5 in Stepdown. This role requires every other weekend and holiday rotation.

Critical Care RN Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in ICU and Stepdown settings.
- Manage patients with complex, acute, and critical conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to coordinate care.
- Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and provide necessary interventions.
- Float as required to all inpatient areas, including ICU, Stepdown, and Med/Surg, with ratios of 1:4–6.
- Active RN license in Ohio (or compact license).
- Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU/Stepdown experience preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient advocacy skills.
- Willingness to float to all inpatient areas.
Salary : $49 - $56
