Part-Time Forensic Certified Public Accountant

Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze company financial statements, revenue trends, cash flow reports, debt obligations.
- Analyze the corporate structure and operations to ensure accurate accounting of all income and expenses.
- Collaborate with operations, finance, legal, and other key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategies to prevent future financial controls.
- Provide expert testimony in legal proceedings, if required.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting; CPA or CFF preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years in forensic accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and data analysis tools.
