What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily store operations with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Inspire, train, and manage a small team of stylists and sales associates
• Drive sales goals while delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and visual displays
• Handle scheduling, reporting, and store performance analytics
• Build relationships with the Downtown Topeka community and contribute to local events and initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven retail management experience (2 years preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for fashion, customer service, and community engagement
• Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
