Your ImpactBy completing accurate changeovers, verifying materials, and keeping operators supplied, you help us achieve top quality at the lowest practical cost while meeting delivery and specification targets in line with company policies.
Daily Checklist- Perform end-to-end machine changeover cleaning to ensure speedy, reliable startups.
- Pull batch paperwork and confirm ingredient accuracy for the run.
- When needed, gather ingredients for mixing and weigh them to match recipe standards.
- Configure and start weigh-up or packaging equipment; verify controls comply with operating and safety procedures.
- Flag and communicate issues, problems, or concerns to the right team members quickly.
- Keep Production Operators stocked with materials and support tasks to maintain continuous operation.
- Fill out and retain all required forms and documentation accurately.
- Follow safety rules and work practices; keep the department clean and orderly.
- Lift/move up to 55 lbs frequently; occasionally handle up to 250 lbs.
- Comfortable standing and walking for long periods; able to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; manual dexterity; able to talk and hear.
- Work amid generally moderate noise with some high-noise zones.
- Wear appropriate PPE for the area: safety glasses and shoes, dust mask, hard hat, respirator, face shield, hearing protection, chemical suit, gloves, aprons, etc.
- Warehouse experience
