- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3-5 years of accounting or financial analysis experience
- Strong command of financial statements, especially balance sheets
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Eclipse ERP, and Onestream a plus
- Sharp analytical and communication skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines
