What You'll Do
- Review and approve business account files with accuracy and attention to detail
- Delegate and track tasks to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Maintain organized, up-to-date business account records
- Respond to partner and member inquiries via phone and email on service-related items for business accounts and treasury products
- Collaborate closely with managers and team members to ensure all requests are completed accurately, on time, and in line with department procedures
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
- Business or commercial banking experience
- Customer service background
- Strong data entry accuracy
- Familiarity with digital banking platforms
- Relevant certification or education
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
- Pay: $25.00/hour
- Start Date: August 31, 2026
- Duration: 6-month assignment
