Responsibilities
Mortgage Documentation & Loan Administration (40%)
- Prepare daily mortgage assignment forms.
- Obtain required signatures and notarization.
- Image completed documents into Lender Assist or MeridianLink Mortgage.
- Mail mortgage assignments to title companies on a weekly basis.
- Review loan documentation and update loan records within the core processing system.
- Assist Mortgage Loan Assistants with verification of income requests for TBD files.
- Complete OneNote pages and obtain closing documentation, including homeowner's insurance, verification of employment, and closing request forms.
- Support Home Equity Loan Coordinators with homeowner's insurance updates.
- Update home equity document mapping and assist with testing in the MeridianLink Consumer demo environment.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company policies, procedures, operational controls, compliance requirements, and risk management standards.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent, or 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Minimum of one year of office experience.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of Word.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
