Base Pay: $31.00-$40.40 per hour (based on experience)
Shift: 3:00 PM-11:00 PM

Hunter Creek Health & Rehabilitation is entering an exciting new chapter under the leadership of a new Administrator and Director of Nursing, and we're looking for compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to help build something exceptional.
We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Charge Nurse to lead our evening nursing team while providing outstanding resident care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. Registered Nurse (RN) – Charge Nurse Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care setting.
- Assess, monitor, and document changes in resident conditions.
- Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions according to physician orders.
- Lead and supervise Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure exceptional resident care.
- Coordinate resident care with physicians, therapists, nurse practitioners, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Develop, implement, and update individualized resident care plans.
- Respond promptly to changes in resident condition and make sound clinical decisions.
- Maintain accurate electronic nursing documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Promote infection prevention, resident safety, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Foster a positive, supportive, and collaborative team culture.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, post-acute care, or geriatric nursing is preferred but not required.
- Previous Charge Nurse or nursing leadership experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
