Base Pay: $25.00-$29.55 per hour (based on experience)
Shift: 3:00 PM-11:00 PM
Evening Shift Differential: $2.00/hour weekdays | $2.75/hour weekends
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus
Hunter Creek Health & Rehabilitation is building a strong nursing team under new leadership, and we're seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for our evening shift.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care during the assigned shift.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition.
- Supervise and support CNAs on the assigned unit.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
- Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Current Alabama Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing – REQUIRED.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred.
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality resident care.
- Base Pay of $25.00-$29.55 per hour based on experience
- $2.00/hour Evening Shift Differential on Weekdays
- $2.75/hour Evening Shift Differential on Weekends
