- ️ Position Overview: Registered Nurse (RN) – Evening Shift
As a Evening Shift RN, you’ll provide high-quality nursing care while serving as a trusted clinical leader during evening hours. You’ll work closely with residents, CNAs, and on-call providers to ensure comfort, safety, and continuity of care in a calm, team-oriented environment.

✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered nursing care during evening hours
- Assess, monitor, and document residents’ conditions and changes
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols
- Collaborate with on-call providers and interdisciplinary team members as needed
- Provide calm reassurance and emotional support to residents in the evening
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulations
- Foster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic nighttime environment
- Supervise and support nursing assistants to ensure quality care delivery
Qualifications:
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric and rehabilitation care
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively during evening hours
- Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
- Current BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS certification a plus
