You'll be responsible for driving new client acquisition and expanding existing accounts for IT staffing services across Chicago and surrounding states (IL priority; opportunities in OH, PA, WV, IN, etc.). This hybrid position requires office presence in Chicago and periodic travel for client meetings and community events. You'll be responsible for driving new client acquisition and expanding existing accounts for IT staffing services across Chicago and surrounding states (IL priority; opportunities in OH, PA, WV, IN, etc.). Responsibilities
- Prospect, initiate contact, and build relationships with new and existing clients across the Chicago area and surrounding states
- Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, proposals, negotiating terms and closing agreements (MSAs/SOWs)
- Qualify technical job requirements with hiring managers and coordinate with recruiting teams to deliver talent
- Represent and market the firm's brand at events, sponsorships, and within the technical community
- Conduct sales via phone, in-person meetings, and videoconference
- Maintain accurate pipeline, agreements, and client communications in Bullhorn CRM/ATS
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams, leverage training and tools to meet targets
- Must be located within a 50-mile radius of Chicago, Illinois
- Minimum 5 years' experience selling staffing services (preferably IT staffing) with a demonstrated record of success
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
- Experience managing the full business development lifecycle (prospecting, qualifying, proposing, closing) and negotiating client agreements (MSAs/SOWs)
- Experience using a CRM/ATS to manage pipeline and client documentation (Bullhorn experience is a plus)
- Willingness to work a hybrid schedule from the Chicago office and travel to client meetings and events
- Familiarity with technical IT roles and terminology
- Existing client relationships in IL, OH, PA, WV, IN or nearby markets
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding staffing sales quotas
- Experience organizing, sponsoring, or participating in tech community events
- Strong presentation, networking, and negotiation skills
