- Coach managers on disciplinary processes and constructive feedback.
- Conduct internal investigations and resolve employee complaints.
- Lead core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and performance management.
- Maintain employee records and conduct audits in Oracle HCM.
- Draft company-wide announcements and analyze HR data.
- Bachelor’s degree required; HR certification preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in human resources, specifically in employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
