Front Range Regional Manager

HGA is seeking a Front Range Regional Manager to lead and expand operations across its Front Range offices in Brighton and Fort Collins, CO. This leadership position blends technical excellence with team mentorship, making it ideal for an experienced professional eager to shape regional growth and ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Leadership & Strategy: Guide a team of designers and engineers, promote safety and quality, and drive

• short- and long-term resource and business development planning.

• Project Oversight: Lead the design of overhead and underground power distribution systems.

• Knowledge and experience in transmission will be considered. Ensure project scope, timelines, and budgets are met while upholding industry and client standards.

• Client Engagement: Serve as the primary client liaison, managing relationships, addressing technical needs, and promoting regional awareness of HGA’s capabilities.

• Quality & Compliance: Oversee quality assurance, ensure adherence to local, state, and federal standards (NESC, NEC, IEEE), and stay ahead of utility trends and emerging technologies.

• Bachelor’s in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited).

• 8 years in power distribution/transmission.

• Strong design software and GIS platform proficiency (e.g., AutoCAD, MicroStation, ArcFM).

• PE license or ability to obtain within six months.

• Industry connections and experience in renewable energy or low/medium-voltage systems.

• In-depth knowledge of utility codes and standards.

• Located within commuting distance of Brighton or Fort Collins, CO.

The pay for this position will be in the $120k-$170k range.
