Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Recruiting Administrative Assistant to support our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will play a vital part in streamlining recruitment processes, managing candidate communications, and ensuring smooth onboarding experiences. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help us maintain strong relationships with candidates.
Duties
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as BambooHR for accurate candidate data and streamline recruitment workflows.
- Support employee orientation materials, and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Facilitate communication between candidates and recruiting team throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
- Prepare data on onboarding status to assist recruiting team.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse audiences through multiple ways of correspondence.
- Demonstrated ability to work professionally with a variety of individuals as part of a team at all levels.
- Possesses high levels of energy, creativity, and enthusiasm, and is eager to learn.
- Must have excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Must have a strong attention to detail and be well organized.
- Attendance and working well within a team environment are a must.
Minimum Requirements
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
