Responsibilities
Job Description:
- Conduct thorough inspections and tests on electrical systems and components to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols.
- Analyze products and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with design, ACP and production teams to address quality issues.
- Maintain detailed documentation of inspections, product condition, and quality assurance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality control processes.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
- Alert the production team if the product needs to be re-built or sent back to the production line for re-work
- Work closely with Production Managers and Logistics making sure the best quality product is approved and delivered to site for install.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or 5-10 years of Electrical Construction experience.
- Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance in the electrical industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
