In this role, you will serve as the critical last step in our 6-step process - the last person to see parts prior to shipment, delivery or pick up. Responsibilities
- Pull and deliver auto parts to staging areas efficiently and accurately.
- Inspect auto parts prior to shipment using critical thinking skills to identify and report any damage or part issues.
- Collaborate with the Quality Control team, managers and other departments to ensure timely project completion.
- Communicate occasionally with sales and production teams to align on quality standards and expectations.
- Promote and drive a culture of safety in the shop, completing required safety trainings.
Qualifications
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, or crouch, and lift up to 75 pounds.
- Forklift experience is a plus, but training will be provided as needed.
