Key Responsibilities
1. Merchant Operations & Marketing Support
- Assist with day-to-day operational support for platform promotions, including updating promotion names, storefront content, and visual materials based on campaign changes;
- Coordinate the submission, printing, and delivery of posters and other marketing materials.
2. Materials & Delivery Coordination
- Collect and organize merchant requests for delivery bags, printing paper, posters, and other operational materials;
- Prepare, organize, and package materials for delivery;
- Coordinate with drivers and relevant teams to arrange deliveries and track progress.
3. Merchant Support & Troubleshooting
- Assist merchants with basic account and banking information issues;
- Help identify and troubleshoot store opening/closing issues, order acceptance issues, and other operational problems;
- Monitor basic merchant operational metrics, including product availability and menu status;
- Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on merchant issues and ensure timely resolution.
4. BD Team Support
- Support the BD team with merchant information management and routine operational tasks;
- Track multiple ongoing requests and provide timely updates;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Delivery, to improve merchant support efficiency.
Who We're Looking For
- Entry-level candidates and students are welcome to apply; no prior Business Development experience is required;
- Passion for Business Development, sales, and client relationship management;
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a willingness to learn;
- Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively;
- Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
- Able to work 20–25 hours per week.
工作职责
1. 商家运营及市场支持
- 协助处理平台活动相关的日常运营支持工作，包括根据活动变化进行活动名称更新、店铺页面调整及视觉内容更新等；
- 协助提交、打印和协调配送海报、宣传材料等市场物料。
2. 物料及配送协调
- 收集并整理商家对于外卖袋、打印纸、海报等物料的需求；
- 负责相关物料的整理、打包及配送安排；
- 与司机及相关团队沟通，跟进物料配送进度，确保商家及时收到所需物料。
3. 商家日常问题支持
- 协助商家处理基础账户及银行信息相关问题；
- 协助排查店铺异常开关店、不接单等运营问题；
- 协助检查商品在架率、菜单状态等基础运营情况；
- 对接内部相关团队，跟进并推动商家问题解决。
4. BD团队日常支持
- 协助 BD 完成日常商家信息整理及基础运营工作；
- 跟进多项任务的执行进度，并及时反馈；
- 与市场、运营、配送等跨职能团队协作，提高商家问题处理效率。
