Role:
The Experience Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for clients, employees, applicants, vendors, and visitors while providing administrative support that enhances the overall Humphrey's Cleaning Service experience. This position supports both employee and client experience initiatives while assisting with daily office operations, communication, scheduling coordination, and administrative functions.
First Impression Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, employees, applicants, vendors, and visitors.
- Create a welcoming, professional, and positive first impression through every interaction.
- Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally.
- Greet office visitors and applicants with courtesy and professionalism.
- Represent Humphrey's Cleaning Service and its Core Values in every interaction.
- Ensure inquiries are directed to the appropriate team member in a timely manner.
Client Experience:
- Assist with client communications and general inquiries.
- Coordinate walkthroughs, appointments, and follow-up communications.
- Support client records and administrative documentation.
Employee Experience:
- Assist applicants through the hiring process.
- Schedule interviews and orientation appointments.
- Prepare onboarding paperwork.
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
- Assist with employee communications and recognition initiatives.
Scheduling & Administrative Support:
- Learn and assist with employee scheduling.
- Assist with schedule changes and call-off documentation.
- Maintain calendars and appointments.
- Perform data entry and document preparation.
- Order office supplies and assist with inventory management.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee, client, and company information.
Leadership Support:
- Support the Director of Employee Experience with administrative projects.
- Assist the Chief Experience Officer with reports, meetings, and special projects as assigned.
- Help improve office systems and administrative processes.
Qualifications:
