Lettings Manager

Are you an experienced Lettings professional ready to step up and lead from the front? haart Estate Agents is seeking a passionate and results-driven Lettings Branch Manager to head up our dynamic Crewe branch.

• Basic salary from £22,000 to £32,000, depending on experience

Your Impact as Branch Manager:

• Lead, motivate, and develop your Lettings team to meet and exceed targets

• Drive new business generation while building lasting relationships with landlords and tenants

• Monitor performance and coach team members in regular one-to-one sessions

• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and industry regulations

• Oversee property viewings, tenancy negotiations, and risk management

We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years in residential lettings, ideally at Senior Negotiator level or higher

• Full UK driving licence (manual vehicle)

• Strong leadership and coaching skills

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities

• Sound knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment

• Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office tools
