Full-time hours: Monday–Friday (8:30am–6pm) every other Saturday (9am–5pm)

Your Impact as Branch Manager:

Lead, motivate, and develop your Lettings team to meet and exceed targets

Drive new business generation while building lasting relationships with landlords and tenants

Monitor performance and coach team members in regular one-to-one sessions

Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and industry regulations

Oversee property viewings, tenancy negotiations, and risk management
We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years in residential lettings, ideally at Senior Negotiator level or higher

Full UK driving licence (manual vehicle)

Strong leadership and coaching skills

Excellent customer service and communication abilities

Sound knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment

Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office tools
