What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading from the front to maximise sales, profitability and service standards

• Coaching and developing a talented team of Negotiators and Valuers

• Driving market presence through effective canvassing, valuation excellence and exceptional client care

• Managing branch performance, budgets and KPIs

• Building strong relationships with sellers, buyers and the local community

What We’re Looking For

• A proven track record in Estate Agency at Senior Manager/Branch Manager level

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire

• Commercial awareness and a passion for delivering results

• A positive, solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced environment

• Confidence in valuations, sales progression and negotiation
