Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Barista/Server to join our team. This position requires someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment, and is committed to providing outstanding customer service.
Previous barista and restaurant serving experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso drinks, specialty coffees, and other beverages
- Take customer orders and serve food efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Operate the point-of-sale system and process payments
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area and coffee station
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Work as part of a team during busy breakfast and lunch shifts
Qualifications
Required:
- Previous experience as a barista
- Previous serving/waitstaff experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend availability
Preferred:
- Experience with specialty coffee and espresso machines
- Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
