Responsibilities
- Assist with tree pruning to promote healthy growth and landscape aesthetics
- Support the use of rigging techniques to safely lower branches and debris during tree removal or pruning projects
- Operate bucket trucks and bucket lifts to access elevated work areas safely and efficiently
- Help with tasks such as operating equipment and site cleanup.
- Follow safety protocols during all activities, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Support the team in equipment setup, maintenance, and storage to ensure smooth daily operations
Skills
- Growing experience or background in horticulture, landscaping, or related outdoor work
- Knowledge of tree care techniques including trimming, pruning, and planting practices
- Familiarity with rigging procedures for safe removal or pruning of trees
- Ability to operate bucket trucks and bucket lifts confidently and safely
- Experience with tree care, lawn care, landscape maintenance, or general gardening tasks is a plus
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
