Humboldt Human Development Services Elko is looking for Direct Support Staff. Benefits provided to full-time employees include employee healthcare after 90 days, and accrued vacation pay for full time position. (32 hours). This position involves working with adults who have intellectual and physical disabilities, assisting them to live more independently and enriching their lives. Responsibilities include but not limited to monitoring and instructing personal care and daily living skills and also assisting the individual in participating in social and recreational activities. This is a great opportunity for someone just entering the workforce, reentering the work force, or while going to school. Applicant must be 18 years or older, have high school diploma or GED, able to pass background check & random drug tests, and a Valid Nevada driver’s license, must have clean driving record.
