Sign on bonus: $750 after training (6 months)
Job title: Direct Support Professional – Part-time and Full Time
Job shifts:
3pm-11pm, 7am-3pm, 11pm-7am
Days: Monday – Sunday (Evenings and Weekends Required)
Wage: $16.00

Qualifications:
Must be legal to work in the US
Must have verbal and written communication skills equivalent to high school diploma
Must be 18 years of age
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Must be able to meet minimum training requirements – paid on the job training provided
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care and assistance to individuals in a group home setting, ensuring their daily needs are met.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Observe and document patient behavior and health status, reporting any changes to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with residents and their families to foster a supportive community.
