POSITION SUMMARY Under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse, implements and manages restorative care program and provides restorative care to long term or skilled care residents which meets the specific needs of the residents and is within the scope of practice and in accordance with the policies and procedures of the facility. |

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS |
|
MINIMUM EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent specialized training- restorative nurse assistant certification- needs to be completed within 30 days of hire
