We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Teacher to join our home based educational team. Responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities for preschool or private school students.
- Engage with children in a daycare or classroom setting, promoting a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure a collaborative educational environment.
- Participate in curriculum development by contributing ideas for lesson planning and classroom activities.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to lead teachers regarding individual student needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
Requirements
- Experience working with children in an educational or daycare setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of literacy education techniques and math concepts for early learners.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Experience in curriculum development or lesson planning is a plus.
- A background in preschool education or private school settings is highly desirable.
