We partner with corporations, universities, and health systems across the U.S.
We are building our regional outreach team and are hiring a Regional Sales Specialist based in the Atlanta area.
Position Overview
This is a flexible, remote, performance-based role ideal for someone interested in:

As a Regional Sales Specialist, you will conduct outreach to organizations in your assigned states, schedule introductory calls, and help connect organizations to our workshops, trainings, and AI-related services.
This role is structured as a high-impact side role with strong earning potential.
Assigned States (Atlanta Region)
You will be responsible for outreach in:
- Georgia
- North Carolina
- Florida
- Tennessee
These states are high-demand regions for leadership training, burnout prevention, and organizational wellness.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential partner organizations
- Conduct light outreach (email, LinkedIn, limited calling)
- Schedule intro meetings for the Director or Partnerships Team
- Follow scripts and outreach templates (provided)
- Log outreach activity and maintain basic CRM tracking
- Attend brief weekly check-ins
- Represent HWE professionally and ethically
- Promote workshops, trainings, keynotes, and AI evaluation services
No hard sales. No quotas. Just consistent outreach and relationship building.
Compensation Structure
This is a performance-based role with strong income potential:
Commission
- 18% commission on all workshops, trainings, and keynotes
- 15% commission on AI evaluation partnerships
- Additional incentives for introductions.
Bonuses
- $80 monthly bonus for securing 2 clients per month
- $1,500 annual bonus for securing 3 flagship 2-day programs
- $1,500 annual bonus for the rep who secures the most AI contracts
Estimated Earnings
Typical side-role earnings range:
$20,000–$40,000 per year, depending on outreach consistency
High performers can exceed this range.
Requirements
- Must be 18
- Must be located in Georgia (Atlanta area preferred)
- Must have completed at least some college coursework
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Comfortable reaching out to organizations
- Self-motivated and reliable
