What are the responsibilities and job description for the EBSE Program Coordinator (Evidence Based Supported Employment) position at Humanim?
The EBSE Program Coordinator will - 1. Provide support to the Employment Consultant staff including the quality of job development and job support services, 2. Build and maintain partnerships with relevant stakeholders including the Department of Rehabilitation Services, Workforce Development, Mental Health Agencies, employers, clients and mental health providers and, 3. Ensure on going compliance with the fidelity of the IPS evidence-based practice, CARF accreditation standards, and COMAR. Candidate must be able to build trusting relationships, think critically, problem solve, manage multiple responsibilities and work autonomously.
