What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Concierge position at HumanGood?
The Mansion at Rosemont is seeking a compassionate and organized Medical Concierge to support resident wellness and care coordination. This position is 16 hours a week and will work between three of our communities.
Pay: up to $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Variable/flexible, 16 hours per week
What You'll Do:
Schedule and coordinate resident medical appointments
Arrange transportation and communicate with families and providers
Assist with health assessments and maintain accurate records
Support care planning and follow-up for residents
Ensure a positive, service-oriented experience for all residents
What You'll Bring:
CNA or Medical Assistant certification preferred
2 years of healthcare or senior care experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and reliability
