Full-Time Team Members
Description

The custodian is responsible for maintaining the interior and exterior of the community per established policies, procedures, Company standards of quality, cleanliness, resident satisfaction, safety and security and regulatory agency requirements. Demonstrates and promotes service excellence and patient confidentiality at all times.
- Strips, seals, waxes and buffs floor surfaces and performs daily floor maintenance; cleans and shampoos carpets;
- May clean common areas, including public restrooms, elevators, offices, public rooms, beauty salon, resident and employee lounges; dusts, sanitizes and scrubs;
- Empties trash receptacles; may deposit recyclable material in proper receptacles; picks up trash and keeps exterior perimeter clean;
- Takes note of safety concerns and needed repairs; performs repairs or reports to supervisor;
- Pushes a utility cart or drives an electric cart in order to transport tools, materials, supplies and equipment; may assist residents with moving;
- Cleans and washes wheelchairs and furniture;
