HumanEdge is a growing Staffing firm focused on delivering innovative staffing solutions to our clients. We are looking for a driven and strategic New Business Development Manager to help expand our market presence and build strong client relationships.

Role Overview

As a New Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline, and driving revenue growth. You’ll play a key role in shaping our expansion strategy and representing the company to prospective clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding of new clients
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners
• Track and report on sales performance and market insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• 3–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Staffing is preferred
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
