Human Touch LLC is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Technician II to support complex equipment and systems across multiple government sites. This role involves hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, installation, and customer interaction in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
- Perform customer support activities including installation, modification, and repair of complex equipment and systems
- Conduct on-site installation, configuration, and testing to ensure proper functionality
- Diagnose and isolate equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networked environments
- Deliver technical presentations and communicate system capabilities when needed
- Train customer personnel on equipment operation and maintenance procedures
- Serve as a customer-facing representative, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented, fast-paced support environment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree 6 years of relevant experience OR High School Diploma 10 years of relevant experience
- Strong technical knowledge of:
o Networked environments
o Operating systems (Windows 10/11)
o PC and network hardware
o MacOS
o Network printing environments
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
