- Coordinate patient care plans and case assignments
- Support onboarding, training, and performance management
- Act as liaison between clinicians, physicians, and leadership
- Monitor quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Virginia
- Minimum of 2–3 years of home health experience required
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of Medicare guidelines, OASIS, and compliance standards
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively
- Must be able to work on-site in the Fredericksburg area
