Human Touch Home Health is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for PRN home care opportunities in Manassas, Haymarket, Gainesville, and surrounding communities.
Additional opportunities may be available in Bristow, Nokesville, Manassas Park, and nearby areas.

What You'll Do
- Assist clients with activities of daily living
- Provide bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care assistance
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Provide toileting and incontinence care
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
- Observe and report changes in a client's condition
- Follow the established plan of care
- Complete required documentation accurately and on time
What We're Looking For
- Active Virginia CNA Certification Required
- Current CPR/BLS Certification Preferred
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel to clients' homes within your selected service area
- Home Care or Home Health Experience Preferred, but Not Required
