Agrality is seeking an Operations Director for the North American Seed Production Business Unit to lead and grow our operation in the United States. The Operations Director will be responsible for the seed production sites in Fremont, NE and Mendon, MI.
This is a key leadership position for a hands-on, energetic, and strategic professional who combines operational excellence with strong relationship-building and a deep understanding of the ag and seed production industries.

K E Y R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S
• Lead and grow the U.S. seed production business, ensuring that financial and operational targets are consistently met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, growers, and vendors.
• Manage the P&L with a focus on profitability, efficiency, and sustainable business practices.
• Lead and coordinate internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with company objectives.
Q U A L I F I C A T I O N S
• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the ag industry, preferably in seed production or agribusiness.
• Proven experience leading operational teams and delivering results in dynamic, seasonal environments.
• Fluent in English (native or bilingual level); Spanish and Portuguese are preferred but not required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) required; SAP and Power BI knowledge preferred.
