Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor supports coordinators to promote best practices in service delivery and client engagement.
- Oversee program development initiatives to enhance service quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
- Manage relationships with clients, families, community agencies, and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated support plans.
- Coordinate administrative functions including documentation, reporting, and maintaining accurate client records.
- Monitor program budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure compliance with funding requirements.
- Lead staff training sessions on behavioral health strategies, social work principles, and regulatory updates.
- Conduct performance evaluations and support professional growth within the team to foster a motivated work environment.
Experience
- 2 years experience in a Supports Coordination role.
- Proven management experience in social work, program management, or supervisory roles related to developmental disabilities or behavioral health.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing programs that serve individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Strong background in working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities, understanding their unique needs and rights.
- Excellent relationship management skills to build trust with clients, families, community partners, and team members.
- Administrative experience including budgeting, documentation, compliance tracking, and report writing.
- Supervising experience that includes coaching staff, conducting evaluations, and fostering team collaboration.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in social science such as social work, psychology, nursing, or criminal justice. Master's Degree preferred.
- 2 years experience working in a Supports Coordination role previously.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
