Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Leader (Outside Sales) based in Oklahoma City, OK, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. In this position, you will be responsible for driving business growth through lead generation, developing and nurturing client relationships, conducting market research, and identifying new sales opportunities. Regular tasks include meeting with potential clients, creating proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met. You will represent the company in a professional manner, delivering exceptional client service and driving revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Lead Generation skills with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to identify trends and inform strategic decisions
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team
