POSITION OVERVIEW:
A private equity investment company with an entrepreneurial team culture, a broad spectrum of sector-specific investments and early-stage growth companies is looking for a business generalist to join our 55-year organization. We are looking to employ an individual located primarily in the Purcell area.
This is a job with a purpose. The employee will be expected to perform a range of functions pertaining to a multiplicity of tasks including, but not limited to, office organization, administration, IT, filing bookkeeping and accounting. JOB DUTIES:
· Data Entry/ Digital Recordkeeping
· Office organization including filing
· Providing administrative assistance and general office help as needed
· Capture, Convert, and Inventory multimedia messages, videos, and newsletters
· THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS “NOT MY JOB”
REQUIRED SKILLS:
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Strong Organizational Skills
· Strong Computer skills
· Self-starter and natural learner
· Ability to multi-task with poise and patience within a dynamic, fast-paced, multi-faceted, outcome-driven organization
· Ability to continually update and adjust plans and priorities to accommodate, perhaps, rapidly changing circumstances

· Must have reliable transportation
Highly Desired Skills (Not Necessarily Required):
· Knowledge of Insurance
· MS Access Database Experience

· Strong Computer skills including, but not limited to, intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel, plus Adobe Acrobat, MS Publisher, Adobe Photoshop, and Windows OS.

· Experience with Payroll
· Knowledge of QuickBooks
· Bookkeeping experience including, but not limited to, accounting support, processing payables and receivables.

Additional Information:
This is a part/ full-time position contemplating 30-40 hours a week.
The employee would work primarily with our team members in our Purcell, Midwest City, and Shawnee offices and virtually with our Houston (TX) and Tampa (FL) offices daily.
Pay: $20,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
