Wage: $3.00 per hour Monday at 5:00pm to Friday at 8:00 am
$6.00 per hour Friday at 5:00 to Monday at 8:00 am
$6.00 per hour for Brightwater Health observed holidays.
Time and a half of base pay, if called. Base Pay: $20.80 - $26.50 (Dependent upon Experience)

Summary:
Opportunity to work on-call (nights, weekends, and holidays) providing crisis response services as part of multi-agency team.
Duties:
· Provide mobile crisis services – Assessment, Intervention, and Stabilization
· Upon dispatch from First Call for Help Call Center, respond to community locations to address immediate safety needs. De-escalate situations as appropriate. Coordinate with law enforcement or hospital staff to address immediate safety needs
· Seek clinical guidance for assistance and support as needed
· Documents and maintain records in compliance with professional and ethical standards, state, federal, and agency requirements
· Maintains appropriate boundaries at all time
Minimum Qualifications:
· Mental Health Practitioner (Bachelor’s degree in mental health/SUD related field and one year experience, or HS Diploma and three years relevant experience), and relevant experience providing direct services to diverse populations and working with community partners.
· Ability to identify crisis situations and appropriate responses. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required.
· Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

· Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field. Familiarity with local resources for adults, children, and families.
