SUMMARY:
The Digital Rescue Partner (DRP) Sales Specialist will drive the growth of Human Coalition’s Digital Rescue Partner program by identifying, engaging, and enrolling pregnancy centers nationwide. Through strategic outreach, relationship building, and persuasive communication, this role connects life-affirming centers with Human Coalition’s proven digital marketing and contact center services, helping reach women seeking abortion and connect them directly to compassionate care.
This role requires a proactive communicator who thrives on cold outreach, builds meaningful relationships, and is motivated by measurable results. The Sales Specialist will work closely with the client marketing and training & equipping teams to ensure new partners experience a smooth onboarding process.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Identify and qualify prospective pregnancy centers for the Digital Rescue Partner (DRP) program through cold outreach and research
Conduct high-volume quality outreach (phone/email/virtual) to Executive Directors, boards, and other decision-makers
Deliver clear, persuasive DRP presentations focused on outcomes and economics; manage discovery, proposals, and timelines and navigate board approvals
Maintain an accurate, timely pipeline of leads, forecast reliably, and progress opportunities through all stages of the sales process with defined exit criteria
Build and manage a robust database of potential partners, tracking activity and performance metrics
Develop and refine sales scripts, presentations, and outreach materials to improve conversion rates
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, implementation, and handoff of new partners
Track and report weekly on key performance indicators including number of contacts reached, call time, and new partners signed
Represent Human Coalition professionally in alignment with its mission, vision, and values at virtual and in-person events as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Passionately aligned with the mission and vision of Human Coalition
Strong verbal communication and persuasive presentation skills
Willingness and confidence to make cold calls and engage in frequent outreach
Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable using CRM software and other sales-tracking tools
Excellent follow-through and commitment to seeing outreach efforts through to completion
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
1–2 years of inside sales, outreach, or partnership development experience required
Experience with faith-based or nonprofit organizations preferred
Familiarity with pregnancy centers or the pro-life movement a plus
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
None. This role is an individual contributor.
TRAVEL:
Up to 10-20% travel for target market pregnancy center visits and conferences.
