This role requires deep experience supporting production environments, managing HR teams, and partnering with operations leadership in a hands on setting.Requirements7 years of progressive HR experience with a strong foundation as an HR Generalist and advancement into HR managementExtensive manufacturing or production environment experience requiredDemonstrated experience leading and mentoring HR staffStrong command of California employment law, compliance, and employee relationsProven ability to support hourly workforces, shift operations, and plant leadershipExperience handling investigations, performance management, and corrective action at scaleKey ResponsibilitiesServe as the senior HR leader for the manufacturing sitePartner closely with plant, operations, and senior leadershipLead employee relations strategy including investigations, discipline, and conflict resolutionEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws (CA)Oversee recruiting, onboarding, retention, and workforce planning for hourly and salaried employeesDevelop, implement, and enforce HR policies and proceduresManage and develop HR team members and vendorsDrive HR metrics, engagement initiatives, and continuous improvementIdeal Candidate ProfileBackground supporting manufacturing, medical device, or regulated production environmentsComfortable working on the floor and engaging directly with employees and leadersStrong leadership presence with the ability to influence and advise managementAble to balance strategic planning with day to day HR executionCompany DescriptionTo bring great people and great organizations together, driving to connect people and make them successful — our people are everything.We are a nation-wide recruiting company specialized in placing engineers, IT professionals, manufacturing personnel, and administrative/professional support.
