Regardless of initial placement, candidates will be expected to transition to the graveyard shift when business needs require coverage. Upon transfer, they will receive the graveyard shift pay rate. Any hired candidates who refuse to transfer to or cover the graveyard shift will have their assignment ended.Primary ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain the wave solder and in-line cleaning machines to ensure consistent soldering quality on printed circuit boards (PCBs).Essential DutiesSet up and operate wave soldering equipment according to production specifications.Adjust speed, temperature, and other parameters to accommodate different board types and sizes.Prepare circuit boards for soldering and inspect finished boards for proper solder joints.Add and monitor flux levels; purge, clean, and recharge systems as needed.Inspect work in progress for solder bridges, pinholes, and other quality issues.Clean boards and maintain equipment regularly to ensure proper operation.Trim component leads to meet workmanship and quality standards.Perform routine and preventive maintenance on soldering machines.QualificationsEducation/Experience: No formal experience required; training provided.Preferred: Prior knowledge of wave soldering equipment or PCB assembly a plus.Work Complexity: Semi-routine tasks that require attention to detail and quality standards.Supervision: Works under direct supervision; follows established processes and instructions.Physical & Mental RequirementsMust be able to stand, walk, and use hand tools for extended periods.Requires basic reading and writing skills and the ability to make sound decisions during production.Work EnvironmentManufacturing floor setting with frequent exposure to soldering equipment, heat, fumes, and moving machinery.Regular interaction with team members across production areas.Company DescriptionHuman Bees knows what it takes to build a best-in-class team because we have one.
