This is a Temp to Hire opportunity for someone who thrives in a high pace, ever changing environment and brings a strong foundation in employee relations. The pace is fast, priorities shift often, and the work is hands on. The team values individuals with a never idle mindset.Key Responsibilities:Guide employees and managers through employee relations matters.Investigate and resolve employee concerns while ensuring consistent policy application.Support HR programs across onboarding, performance management, policy administration, and compliance.Assist with employee engagement, culture efforts, and process improvement initiatives.Maintain HR documentation with confidentiality and accuracy.Work cross functionally with leadership and internal teams in a high volume environment.Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and organizational needs.Qualifications:Eight to ten years of HR Generalist experience preferred with a strong background in employee relations.Track record of success in environments with ambiguity, rapid change, and shifting priorities.Experience in fast paced or startup style organizations is desirable.Strong problem solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions independently.Excellent written and verbal communication.Proactive, resourceful approach with a never idle mindset.Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.Ideal Candidate:Resilient and driven with a grinder mentality.Thrives in fast moving environments.Takes ownership and works with urgency.Builds strong relationships and partners effectively with leadership across the organization.Company DescriptionTo bring great people and great organizations together, driving to connect people and make them successful — our people are everything.We are a nation-wide recruiting company specialized in placing engineers, IT professionals, manufacturing personnel, and administrative/professional support.
