Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Worker who is fluent in Spanish to join our dynamic team. This role involves performing a variety of construction tasks on-site, supporting project teams in building, repairing, and maintaining structures with precision and efficiency. - Assist with general construction activities including framing, drywall installation, roofing, and concrete finishing
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution
- Perform site inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
- Support installation of plumbing, electrical systems, cabinetry, glass, and flooring
- Conduct demolition, restoration, and remodeling tasks as needed
- Measure, cut, fabricate, and assemble materials for various construction projects
- Apply finishing techniques such as caulking, plastering, stucco application, and painting
- Assist in concrete forming and masonry work to meet project specifications
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion and quality standards
Experience:
- Proven experience working on construction sites with a solid understanding of construction processes
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics interpretation
- Hands-on experience with carpentry, roofing, masonry, welding, tile laying, and flooring installation
- Knowledge of construction management practices and estimating procedures is a plus
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely is desirable
- Prior experience with construction inspection or quality assurance is advantageous
