Job Description
The role encompasses comprehensive ownership of Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions and related integrations:
Design, develop, and support Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions including Cases, Activities, Queues, SLAs, and ARC, Email Template management, PCF controls
Build and maintain complex Power Automate flows for email-to-case, ARC logic, routing, and exception handling
Manage and troubleshoot email integration (Exchange sync, mailbox configuration, correlation logic, disclaimer handling)
Promote solutions safely across DEV UAT PROD, including hotfixes and rollback planning
Participate in UAT readiness, go-live checklists, and post-deployment validation
