Join our team as a Tire Technician and become a valuable part of our fast-paced customer-focused team. Working in our state-of-the-art automotive center, you'll help keep our customers safely on the road by providing quality tire services and exceptional customer care.
- Mount, balance, rotate, repair, and replace passenger, light truck, and agricultural tires.
- Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and safety concerns.
- Recommend tire repairs or replacements based on customer needs.
- Perform tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) service when needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Safely operate tire-changing, balancing, and lifting equipment.
- Assist with shop operations and other service-related duties as needed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous tire or automotive experience is a plus; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to safely lift and handle tires and wheels of various sizes.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Spanish is a plus, but not required.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
