Essential Functions
- Perform diversified duties to maintain the flow of quality product from the machines through the packing process.
- Work safely at all times utilizing JSA/SOP's.
- Operation of C-Machines.
- Conduct quality audits and visually inspect product.
- Maintain required reports, including electronic reports.
- Meet Company's requirements for attendance, productivity, quality, and team relations.
- Work 12 hour rotating work schedule; 42-hour work schedule with overtime possible.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Accredited High School diploma or equivalent, preferred.
- Experience using statistical process control tools and specifications preferred.
- Manufacturing Environment.
- Physically capable of moderate to heavy physical efforts equivalent to frequently lifting or moving lightweight materials. Continuously lifting over 5 pounds over 70% of the time.
- Continuous mental and visual attention performing diversified operations or activities requiring constant alertness or activity.
- Physically capable of standing and walking over 70% of working time.
- Work a rotating work schedule which consists of 12 hours per day - 42 hours per week.
- Wear PPE as required.
